Refund policy

The return of the object is possible for 14 days after receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse you or proceed with an exchange. 
For a refund, the items in the order must not have been worn / used and be in the same condition as when you received them.

Once we have received the returned items, we will check them and send you an email to notify you that we have received them and whether we accept to refund them or not.
If we accept, your refund will be made within 14 days, and a credit will be made to your original credit card or payment method. 

In case of delay or absence of reimbursement:
If you have not yet received your reimbursement, please recheck your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company , it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at . We will tell you what to do.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item (s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $ 30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
